The Signal is an independent music label dedicated to empowering artists across Brazilian phonk and beyond. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through thesignal.gg and any related forms, including demo submissions and contact requests.

Demo Submissions: artist name, contact email, social profiles, track links and any additional notes you choose to share.

Contact: any information you send us through hello@thesignal.gg or our forms.

Technical data: basic analytics such as anonymized device, browser, referrer and pages visited, used only to improve the experience.

To evaluate demos and respond to artists who submit material.

To communicate about releases, collaborations, contracts and opportunities you've expressed interest in.

To operate, secure and improve our website and services.

We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a demo or contact us), on the steps necessary to enter into a contract (artist onboarding), and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the label.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers strictly required to operate the site (hosting, analytics, email) and with partners involved in a release when you've agreed to it.

Demo submissions are kept while we evaluate them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can revisit artists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@thesignal.gg.

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any moment. Just reach out to hello@thesignal.gg and we'll respond as soon as possible.

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect submissions and account data.

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
